World Tunnel Congress - Athens 2023
From May 12 to 18, 2023, we had the honor of being present at the World Tunnel Congress in Athens. This prestigious event brought together professionals and experts from around the world to discuss the latest developments and innovations in tunnel technology.
Attending the WTC was a fantastic opportunity to expand our expertise, increase our visibility in the industry, and build important networks. We look forward to taking what we gained at the Congress into our future ventures and continuing to contribute to the advancement of tunnel technology.
SOLIDS Dortmund 2023
WE were represented on 29.03. and 30.03.2023 at the SOLIDS in the Dortmund Westfalenhallen.
WE, i.e. the whole NILOS family, together with WAGNER Vulcanizer and also ERBÖ.
Numerous interesting conversations could be held. Besides the "old" companions and loyal customers of ERBÖ GmbH also with many representatives of well-known companies, who came to our booth to inquire about news and the expansion of our production range and also gave new food for thought.
From these intensive discussions we were able to take up many of the new suggestions, which we will incorporate into our company philosophy.

We present our new machine!
We have received reinforcement: Our new Doosan Puma TW2600M-GL turning center brings our machine park in Sprockhövel up to the latest state of the art. The machine already moved into our production halls at the beginning of January and has been doing a great job ever since.
The TW series is a horizontal turning center from DN Solutions designed for double efficiency and equipped with two spindles. The dual spindle design features parallel spindles, turrets, peripherals and gantry loaders for increased efficiency and output.
We are proud of our new acquisition because, all in all, this complex machine offers us a new increase both economically and in terms of quality.
We welcome our new trainees!
A new phase in life began for 3 young adults on September 1st, 2022 - their training at ERBÖ. We are pleased to be able to accompany our new trainees on this exciting path.
Mr. Nikolaos Soufleris starts his training as a cutting machine operator specializing in turning technology. Mr. Yannik Kalthoff is being trained as an industrial clerk and Mr. Anastasios Pescelidis is learning the profession of warehouse logistics specialist.
Sound training is the ideal basis for a professional career. For this reason, the training of young people has a very high priority at ERBÖ. Training is an investment in the future of the young people and the company.
We wish all new trainees a pleasant start to their professional life and every success in their training in our company.
Own rubber workshop
In addition to the start-up of the company at the beginning of the year, ERBÖ also specialized in pulley lagging and in mid-2020 its own lagging workshop was set up. In this, pulleys up to a length of 2400mm can be lagged with a wide variety of pulley lagging. High quality lagging and adhesive systems are used. We stock all common rubber and rubber / ceramic lagging types and can therefore offer a 24-hour service.
